President

Izzy FitzSimmons
Izzy FitzSimmons, the President of the Student Government Association, is in her final year as a Fashion Business Management (B.S.) student. She plans to work with the Faculty and Administration on creating a better academic environment for all students. Izzy will also continue to help oversee the Fabric Recycling Program. During the 2024-2025 year, the program successfully diverted over 3,000 pounds of fabric from ending up in landfills. In her free time, she loves to talk with her family, play with her cat Theo, and explore the city.

Olivia Koh
Olivia Koh, the Vice President of the FIT Student Government Association, is a senior majoring in Fashion Business Management, with minors in Journalism and Sustainable Materials & Technology. Building on her previous leadership as Secretary for Academic Affairs of the FIT 24-25 SGA, she is committed to fostering harmony and collaboration among all SGA members, believing that meaningful achievements arise from collective effort and letting people recognize the community's great power and crucial role. As FIT has its own specialty with diversity and a unique position at the heart of NYC, Olivia aims for all students and faculty to feel included, supported, and empowered. In her final year, she is dedicated to strengthening the academic environment and advancing initiatives that will benefit the FIT community long after her term. She enjoys spending time with her three cats and family, watching Broadway shows, and collecting unique treats and cute trinkets.

Chief Of Staff
Thea Koss
She/Her
Thea Koss is currently a junior majoring in Fashion Business Management, with minors in History of Art and International Politics. She loves being involved in campus life, especially the Style Shop, where she manages the Visual Merchandising team. As Chief of Staff, she is excited to work closely with her fellow Executives in hopes of continuing to cultivate a welcoming environment, promote collaboration, and build trust with the student body. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, playing with her dogs, and writing witty Letterboxd reviews.

She/Her
Nadya Salloum
Nadya Salloum is a senior at FIT, majoring in Direct and Interactive Marketing and minoring in Film Studies, Middle Eastern/North African Studies, and Design Thinking. She has been greatly involved on campus, including being President of the FIT Theatre Club, an Orientation Leader, and working in Student Life. She hopes to expand the SGA's presence on campus and create a long-lasting brand identity. Off-campus you can find her seeing a Broadway show (RIP Titanique), adding to her Fable reading goal (follow me!), or watching three movies in one sitting.
